Dr. Michelle Watson-Grant's work sits at the intersection of leadership development and how leadership actually shows up.

Michelle has seen this pattern from inside the work. She began her career in the classroom as a teacher leader, and later moved into district-level leadership, where she was responsible for outcomes across teams she didn’t directly supervise.

Over time, one thing became clear:
