Workshops and coaching that help organizations protect people and performance during disruptive transitions.
Whether you’re navigating organizational change, leadership turnover, restructuring, rapid growth, or workforce disruption, Jonlieu provides practical support at the team, leader, and organizational level.
Each service stands on its own. Together they give leaders and teams a path from learning to applying. Workshops build shared skills. Coaching helps individual leaders apply them to the transition they are in.
Transitions place extraordinary pressure on leaders and teams.
This six-part workshop series helps participants build the skills needed to remain effective when uncertainty is high, priorities are shifting, and people are looking for direction. Each workshop is grounded in the Think-Be-Do Coaching Model™.
Organizations choose this series to:
Emotional intelligence during transitions. Participants recognize their triggers and stress patterns, stay composed, and respond thoughtfully rather than react impulsively.
Participants assess their resilience strengths and vulnerabilities, learn what fuels or depletes resilience, and put resilience-building practices to work so a long transition does not wear people down.
Participants learn the drivers of sustainable performance, recognize the patterns that lead to stress and burnout, and plan how to protect their well-being while sustaining results.
Participants identify their key strengths, explore what drives their motivation, see how strengths and motivation fuel engagement, and find ways to use both more intentionally to increase contribution.
Participants assess the state of trust on their team, practice communication that builds trust and psychological safety, and create a plan to strengthen collaboration.
Participants connect personal values, their work, and organizational goals, identify sources of meaning in their current role, and create a purpose-centered plan that supports commitment and momentum.
Workshops are delivered to groups of up to 36, virtually or on-site by arrangement.
People leaders often become the emotional and operational center of a transition.
Coaching provides a confidential space to strengthen resilience, maintain perspective, navigate complexity, and lead effectively under pressure.
Coaching is available to individual leaders, or sponsored by the organization. It follows the Think-Be-Do Coaching Model™ and Jonlieu’s 5 C’s coaching process: Connect, Chart, Create, Commit, Celebrate.
Leaders start by seeing where their resilience, engagement, and well-being stand today.
One-to-one conversations with an ICF-credentialed coach, focused on the transition the leader is living through.
Insights become specific next steps that fit the leader’s role, team, and week.
Regular check-ins keep progress moving when the day-to-day pulls attention elsewhere.
Michelle speaks on helping leaders and teams remain resilient, engaged, and effective when everything around them is changing.
Options include a speaking engagement, a conference breakout or half-day workshop, and a custom organizational presentation.
We talk through the transition you’re in, who is most affected, and what your leaders and teams need. Then we recommend the learning experiences that fit. Engagements are delivered virtually to partners nationwide, and on-site by arrangement for a travel fee.

It works alongside it. EAPs often support individuals in moments of difficulty. Jonlieu works earlier, helping leaders and teams strengthen resilience, engagement, and well-being so difficulty is less likely to become burnout, disengagement, or lost performance.
We measure resilience, engagement, and well-being with a short assessment before the work begins and again afterward. Results are reported as associations, never as proof of cause.
